Crystal Red Shrimp Grading Guide

Grade SSS - Body is white and/or has special head features (Crown, Flower, etc.)

Grade SS - Double Hinomaru (No-Entry, etc.)

Grade S+ - Single Hinomaru

Grade S+ - Tiger-Tooth, V-Band

Grade S - Vibrant red with large portions of white

Grade A - Vibrant red with minimal larger portions of white

Grade B - Thin white with some transparency, red and white portions about the same

Grade C - Little to no white, poor red coloration
